The preparation of compunds with the general formula Ln 9CIO4)3 4DB (where Ln=La-Yb, Y, DB = di-n-butyramide). The i.r. spectra support a trans-trans planar structure of the DB i the Above compounds. The conductivity data of these complexes wich vary between 161-170 ohm-1, cm2, mol-1 are probably far lower as a consequence of in ion association. Absorption spectra in acetone, methanol and n-propanol are presented.

De acordo com o abstract: "Rare earth perchlorate complexes of the type Ln (CLO4)3. 4 AU, where Ln = Y, La - Yb AND au is acetylurea, have been synthesized. The compounds have been characterized by chemical analysis, molar conductances, i.r. and Raman spectra and X-ray pwder patterns. Vibrational spectra reveal that propaply all the perchlorate groups are ionic, the relatively low conductivity values are consistent with ion association. The X-ray data show two isomorphous series."
